“I am always keen to recommend Barnard Castle to French families. The pupils I have placed there have all been so well looked after and have really enjoyed their stays. The school is big enough to offer a strong academic education as well as a good choice of sports and extra-curricular activities, yet small enough to ensure that each child is treated as an individual. The only problem I have with the school is that there are often no places left – it is so popular!”
