Oliver was ‘blown away’ by his excellent GCSE results, securing nine 9s, an 8 and a 7 as he now prepares to study Mathematics, French, Spanish and Economics at Barney Sixth Form.

A keen photographer in his spare time and talented squash player, Oliver is looking forward to the freedom of Sixth Form and Barney’s vast amount of co-curricular activities.

He said: “I am over the moon by these results, which is a culmination of all my hard work. I didn’t find ‘Learning@Home’ any different to our normal lessons, if anything it helped with my independent learning.

“I am excited to be able to play more squash at Sixth Form and represent the School, as well as embrace all the options available to me in the Lower Sixth.”
