Year 6 WW2 Day
31 Oct 2024Year 6 enjoyed an incredible World War II immersive day, featuring a visit from an ARP Warden who vividly brought to life aspects of their History studies.
The children examined a range of artefacts, practised extinguishing incendiary bombs using authentic stirrup pumps, and even tried their hand at some fascinating First Aid techniques. They are excited to continue exploring this period of history for the rest of the term.
