Year 6 Tourism Fair

Globetrotting Preppies ‘travelled around the world’ yesterday as Year 6 hosted their annual Tourism Fair!

It was the culmination of everything they have worked on this term, developing not only their academic skills, but their organisational skills, public speaking and teamwork.

The Fair forms a major part of Year 6’s Achievement Awards, an invaluable and ‘stress-free’ alternative to the SATs.

Children selected a country of their choice before researching every aspect of its culture. They then set up a stall featuring a host of interesting facts, games, artefacts and even food types that they shared with visitors to the event from other year groups.

Well done to everyone involved for all their hard work, detailed research and entertaining exhibitions, which were enjoyed by the entire Prep School community.
