Barney Remembers: Holocaust Memorial Day 2023

Today, on Holocaust Memorial Day, our School community remembers the innocent victims of abhorrent and unnecessary genocides throughout history.
In REP lessons this week, students have reflected upon and taken wisdom from Holocaust survivor Eddie Jaku’s breathtaking memoir: The Happiest Man on Earth.
We are grateful to Mr Dawson, who delivered this week’s thought provoking Headspace lectures, where he recalled his harrowing visit to Auschwitz 10 years ago, which prompted further reflection from our pupils.
May the victims rest in peace.
